We really like our Mazda CX 5. At first I was concerned as to whether Helen would be able to get in without difficulty and that has not been a problem. The Mazda drives and handles beautifully. I especially like the blind spot alert and backup features. I would just like to say that having purchased at least 10 vehicles throughout my driving time this has to be the best experience ever. I wish to thank all the staff for the assistance we received and especially Clive for his patience, knowledge of the vehicle, and finding us the vehicle with the features we wanted. The roses were just great and thank you for this gesture.

It was an interesting experience, as the first  sales person who helped me was on training  the rest of the week and had to hand the deal  of to someone else. I was impressed with how  smooth the switchover went and how much  concern they showed for me being happy with  the purchase. I was also impressed to see that  the owner greeted me initially when everyone  was busy and offered me a drink while I  waited. It was an overall great experience.

I had a wonderful experience  purchasing my vehicle. Colton did a  great job explaining everything to me.  Jordan went over all the financials and  broke it down into simple terms. I ask a  lot of questions so it was refreshing to  have everything answered. I was very  comfortable the entire time! The staff  were amazing and I am very happy I  chose Gerry Gordans. Everyone we encountered at Gerry Gordon Mazda were exceedingly friendly and professional without the high pressure sales tactics.  Colton Lemieux spent lots of time explaining everything I needed to know about the car I was purchasing and never made me feel pressured, Jordan Lee explained the financing in detail and, like Colton, was very genuine.  Sales manager, Dan Leonard, took the time to introduce himself and made us feel welcome.  Great experience and I have shared this with friends in my home community of Kenora!

We had a test drive with the Sales Consultant and when we  got back to the dealership he encouraged us to take it for  another test drive by ourselves. This was the only  dealership which did this and it played a big part in us  deciding to buy this vehicle. Everything about this dealership and the people who work  there was professional, courteous, and friendly and we felt  very welcome each time we went there before deciding to buy. This dealership was the most transparent and up-front about  pricing of all dealerships we went to, and was a big factor  in us deciding to buy there.

I did not enjoy the car shopping experience UNTIL visiting Gerry Gordon's  Mazda. The show room is clean and classy and the staff made me feel  appreciated and listened to, without being pushy. This is our third vehicle from Gerry Gordon's Mazda.  As  always, their professionalism, product knowledge, and  desire to make their customers happy is second to none. My husband has been a long time Honda/Acura owner, but  decided to see what Mazda had to offer when it came time  to replace his Civic Si.  He has been happy with the  service record and reliability of my previous two Mazdas  ('11 and '13 Mazda 3 hatches) and when it came time to  buy a new car, we thought that Mazda might have the  solution we were looking for. That they did.  So we are  now a "Mazda Family." We dealt with Ernie on the sales floor and Christian in  the business office.  These two guys are like the car- selling dream team.  Without a doubt, we will be back for  another when the time comes. Thank you for a great experience, and thank you for the  great experiences to come in our new Mazda 6!

Our sales consultant Odin Wachtendorf was lovely. One of  the small details that made a world of  difference to our experience was that he  saw us coming to pick up our new  vehicle- baby and bags in hand- and  met us at the door to open it and help.  It's little things like this that make you  feel looked after.

The entire process was guided with exceptional staff, from Colten, our sales rep  who was so helpful but not pushy, Dan who also helped us through the sales  process, to Christian who helped us through the financing and Brittney who  showed us around the new wheels when we came to pick it up. We can't speak  highly enough about the team there and have already recommended friends to the  dealership. We are so pleased with our purchase and feel that we are still valued  even after the purchase cycle has ended. Everyone was passionate and  knowledged, answering any of our questions and offering advice that was right for  us. We have dealt with a few other brands/dealerships and I can tell you it is night  and day with Gerry Gordons. (The Mercedes dealership was so unfriendly and  "typical fake sales-person" we were so turned off that we left instantly). You have  loyal Mazda customers now!
